The latest addition, Powermat 2400, aiding us with the demanding requirements of everyday multiple shift operation as well as great flexibility.
2 Stenner ST105 Single and Twin Re Saws enable us to achieve high yield, top quality and more efficient production of sawn material.
An additional capability of tilting the feed works for precision angled cutting.
All four of our precision cross cut machines are "Weinigs". Our Grecon OPTICUT 104R enables us to programme electronically and aids us when working with complex cutting lists. The other three are all DIMTER OPITUCT S75. Each CNC has the capabilities to optimize, reduce the speed of the saw to focus on the finish, reduce the speed of the push feed if we have items on the bed that may slide. We also have the added feature of the machine calculating the pieces required or left to finish an order. Each machine is serviced annually by Weinig.
Fischer heat fabric machine with a max capability of wrapping products dimension size 170mm wide x 160mm height. The max running speed is 45m/min with a running temp of 200 degrees.
The "Palmer Primer Vacuum Coater VC4" has been designed to coat timber and MDF mouldings using water based primers, paints, lacquers and stains.
The advanced vacuum coating process enables fast changeover times between sections and allows more complex mouldings such as torus, ogee, dado rail to be coated just as easily as a PSE or Windowboard section.
Any paint not applied to mouldings is recirculated and reused which reduces waste.
A variable speed power feed is fitted allowing for feed speeds of between 11 and 40 m/min.
